Rochester's 10th murder investigation of the year is underway after a teenager was shot and killed this afternoon near Otis and Warner Streets on the West Side.
Police confirm that a young man was shot near the intersection.
His body was found about 3:00 p.m. and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is in its early stages and few details have been released yet.
Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call 911.
