Murder Indictment in Fatal November Shooting

A Monroe County grand jury has indicted the suspect in a deadly November shooting.

Corey Faison is accused of shooting two people -- one fatally -- outside the P.I. Lounge on West Avenue in Rochester.

He is charged with murder, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The shooting killed 38-year-old Stephen Morgan.

Police say Morgan was hit by gunfire while he was in a car that was trying to leave the parking lot.

He was not the intended target.

The other shooting victim has "life-altering" injuries.
