Rochester police have released the name of the city man who was shot to death Saturday morning on the city's north side.
Forty-one-year-old Juan Pena-Mendez was shot in the driver's seat of a car in a driveway on Rialto Stree, off North Clinton.
He didn't live there, and police are trying to determine what he was doing there.
No one has been arrested.
The city has had eight homicides so far this year.
