Former Rochester Police Chief La'Ron Singletary's lawsuit against the City of Rochester over his firing has been settled. According to a statement from his lawyers, Singletary says the case has been fully resolved and Singletary now wishes to move forward. He's currently a Republican candidate for Congress.
Lawyers Michael Tallon and Jon Getz say the settlement was actually signed at the end of January, but is being announced now because all terms of the settlement were finally completed today.
