Trooper Filed Sexual Harassment Lawsuit Against Former Governor Cuomo

A New York state trooper has filed a lawsuit, claiming former Governor Cuomo sexually harassed her.

The trooper, whose name was not disclosed, asked a federal court to declare that Cuomo, the State Police, and Cuomo's former top aide, Melissa DeRosa violated her civil rights.

It's the same trooper who testified that Cuomo harassed her.

The trooper's lawsuit seeks attorney fees and damages for "severe mental anguish and emotional distress."

Several district attorneys said that while they found Cuomo's accuser "credible," the evidence wasn't strong enough to file criminal charges.
