Geneva School Superintendent Cleared, But is Stepping Aside

The Geneva City School superintendent has been cleared of workplace allegations but is leaving the district.

The district says an independent investigation found allegations of gender discrimination and harassment against Superintendent Patricia Garcia were unfounded.

But Garcia and the school board have agreed to part ways.

Garcia took a leave from her job after the allegations surfaced in September. Kathleen Davis was named acting superintendent
