Rochester police -- and teams from mental health and substance abuse agencies -- are continuing to reach out to homeless people seeking shelter in the Civic Center garage.
Last night was another quiet night.
The outreach efforts began last week after recent violent incidents in the garage. Ten people were given housing or support services. Forty-four others were assisted earlier this winter.
Monroe County officials and police say the joing efforts will continue in the days ahead.
