Rochester police have arrested two men following a carjacking on the city's north side.
It happened around 11 last night on North Clinton Avenue near Norton Street.
A man was opening his car door when a man approached and took the car by force.
Police spotted the stolen car within an hour near Lyell and North Plymouth avenues.
One man was charged with robbery and larceny and the other was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
