A judge could decide today whether a misdemeanor charge filed against former Governor Cuomo will be dropped.
Cuomo is scheduled to make a virtual appearance in Albany City Court this afternoon.
He's accused of inappropriately touching a female aide in December 2020 -- a claim he has denied.
Albany County DA David Soares said this week his office wouldn't prosecute the case because there's not enough evidence to prove the woman's allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.
