Westchester DA Won't Charge Cuomo

The Westchester district attorney is not pursuing charges against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo due to statutory requirements.

The DA said the investigation found credible evidence to conclude that the alleged conduct in two separate instances did happen. But the Westchester County DA's Office said it cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of New York's criminal laws.

Cuomo has been accused of inappropriate touching in multiple incidents. Those allegations led to his resignation this past summer.
