Rochester police say no one was hurt when someone fired shots into a house on the city's northeast side.
The gunfire broke out around 10 last night on Melville Street. The house was hit by several rounds, and one entered a room occupied by three sleeping children.
The street was closed for about an hour for the investigation.
Police have made no arrests.
