Rochester, NY -- Rochester police have made an arrest in Sunday's deadly shooting on Orchard Street.
Twenty-one-year-old Derrick Gunter is charged with second-degree murder and a weapon charge in the death of 25-year old Waltequaries Evans.
The shooting happened during an argument near the School #17 playground.
Gunter is from Florida but previously lived in Rochester.
Evans was a survivor of a fire ten years ago on Grape Street that killed four children.
