Justice Department Conducting Sexual Harassment Investigation Against Cuomo

The U.S. Justice Department is conducting its own investigation of sexual harassment allegations against former Governor Cuomo.

The New York Post has obtained from the state Comptroller's Office a copy of the legal services contract that was signed in October.

Sources tell The Post the investigation is looking at possible violations of federal civil rights and labor laws.

Cuomo spokesman Rich Azzopardi said in a statement, “Our understanding is that the Civil Division opened an inquiry in August based upon the AG’s politically motivated sham report and we have heard nothing since.”
