Police have closed off an intersection on Mt. Read Boulevard while they reconstruct the two-vehicle crash that killed two children and critically injured a third.
It happened before 10 this morning.
All three children were in a car heading south that was making a left turn onto Lyell Avenue that collided with a northbound car.
The adult drivers of both vehicles also were hurt. All five people injured or killed are Rochester residents.
Police say it's too early to say if either driver will face criminal charges.
A source tells Bob that the crash was captured on a state transportation department camera.
