The state Assembly Judiciary Committee has released the report from the law firm that looked into misconduct in office by former Governor Cuomo.
The highlights were leaked last week.
The report found Cuomo engaged in multiple instances of sexual harassment, including by creating a hostile work environment and engaging in sexual misconduct.
It also found Cuomo used state resources and his staff to work on his book, and was not fully transparent about COVID deaths at nursing homes.
The investigation was undertaken to consider possible impeachment. Cuomo resigned in August.
