The state's report on a new Buffalo Bills stadium is out.
It recommends the Bills build a new stadium, as opposed to trying to renovate the nearly 50-year-old Highmark Stadium.
There's no recommendation on the location, though it notes the cost of building in downtown Buffalo would add about $350 million to the price tag.
It estimates a new stadium across from Highmark would run just shy of $1.4 billion.
