Kolb Pleads Guilty to Driving While Impaired

Former Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb

Former state Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb has pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired.

He crashed his SUV at the end of his driveway on New Year's Eve 2019, and was originally charged with DWI.

It led to his stepping aside as the leader of the Assembly Republicans, and to his decision not to run for re-election.

Kolb was fined, and will have his license suspended for 90 days.
