Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich says Police Chief Drew Forsythe is stepping down.
This in the wake of Forsythe's crash early Thursday morning on 390 in a police-issued vehicle.
Reilich tells Bob Lonsberry he wasn't told some of the details right away, but thought he had good reason to believe Forsythe.
Reilich also says he wants a DA's office investigation into the crash and surrounding procedures to continue.
Forsythe had been chief for ten months.
