Several people were taken into custody after a car chase involving the New York State Police early Tuesday morning. Troopers reportedly spotted a stolen car, tried to pull it over, but officers say the driver sped off. Rochester police assisted in the chase. It ended on North Street near Clifford Avenue around 1 a.m. The investigation is being handled by the New York State Police.
