A newly-released video appears to show Dominic Pezzola aka the Rochester man who is charged in the attack on the U.S. Capitol in January.
The cell phone video was released by the Department of Justice. Authorities say it shows Dominic Pezzola admitting he stole a police riot shield.
The man with the shield is seen yelling at police that they better be scared.
Moments later, Pezzola allegedly used the shield to smash a window in the Capitol building.
He continues to be held without bail.
