2nd Arrest in Genesee Street Murder

There's been a second arrest in connection with a fatal shooting back in June on Genesee Street in Rochester.

An indictment unsealed today in the Youth Part of Monroe County Court charges 17-year-old Danny Greer with second-degree murder, attempted murder, assault, and five counts of criminal possession of a weapon. Greer is accused, along with 17-year-old Jah'miere Williams, of shooting 18-year-old Christopher Wood to death.

Wood and a 14-year-old were walking down Genesee Street on June 12th when both were shot. Wood died of his injuries, but the younger teen survived.

Both Greer and Williams are being held by the Office of Children's Services.
