The Victor Central School District is reporting an outbreak of COVID-19 cases. School officials say 21 students and three adults have tested positive. There were 15 cases at the primary school. On Tuesday 118 students were absent and 88 were due to mandatory quarantines. The superintendent sent a letter to parents and the community informing it is working with Ontario County Health Department.
