A Rochester man arrested for his part in the January 6th riots is due back in court today.
Dominic Pezzola was among the group of terrorists that tried to invade the US capital to prevent certifying President Biden's win over former President Trump.
Pezzola has been charged with multiple crimes including conspiracy and assaulting police.
Pezzola is currently in jail and awaiting trial
