The Ontario County Police Benevolent Association appears to no longer back Sheriff Kevin Henderson.
The group represents 80 full- and part-time members of the criminal division of the Ontario County's Sheriff Department.
The group says the “overwhelming majority” of its members have lost confidence in Sheriff Henderson.
The Board of Supervisors already announced it would further investigate alleged comments made.
