More than half of Rochesterians ages 12-and-up have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Finger Lakes COVID-19 Hub reports half of the eligible population in every city zip code has now had at least one dose of the vaccine. Common Ground Health CEO Wade Norwood says that's good news, and shows community outreach is working. But he says there's still a long way to go to reach the number of people needed to end the pandemic.
Clinics have been held at city R-Centers, libraries and other neighborhood locations.
