One person is dead, after a 3-vehicle crash in Seneca County.
Troopers say a car ran the stop sign at Brewer Road in Waterloo and hit a dump truck and another vehicle.
One passenger, 18-year-old Veronica Ashby of New York City, was dead at the scene.
Two others were hospitalized, but are expected to survive.
The dump truck driver was not hurt.
