Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren and her co-defendants were back in court today, a few weeks before trial is scheduled to begin on her campaign finance violation charge.
Warren is accused of using her Political Action Committee to get around the legal limits on campaign donations.
Her attorney asked for a questionnaire to be used in jury selection because it's a high profile case. The judge ruled that each side will be able to ask jurors three questions, and the court will decide how that information will be used.
Warren's trial is set to begin October 4th.
