Guilty Plea In Rochester Riot

Another defendant in last year's riot outside Rochester's Public Safety Building has pleaded guilty.

Twenty-year-old Miguel Ramos admitted using an an aerosol can and an open flame to set fire to a marked city police car.

The burning was streamed on Facebook Live, and Ramos sent photographs of himself at the riot to others to encourage them to participate in the riot.

The riot followed a protest of the death of George Floyd in Minnesota.
