Attorney General Letitia James Plans to Release Transcripts from Cuomo Case

Attorney General Letitia James says she plans to release transcripts of depositions taken during a four-month-long investigation into former Governor Cuomo, including one from Cuomo himself.

James' findings led to Cuomo’s resignation last month. And she says she believes the women who came forward with allegations of sexual harassment

She says she doesn't know how soon the documents will become public.

District Attorneys' offices in three New York counties have told James that releasing the transcripts could "hinder" their criminal investigations into the governor's conduct.
