Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren’s committee on Reparations and Universal Basic Income is hosting its first virtual community listening session Tuesday Night
The forum will be held at 7 via Zoom at www.rocrubi.com/meetings-events and live streamed on the committee's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/RocRUBI.
The committee is looking at Universal Basic Income and reparation programs in other cities to determine how to adopt them for Rochester.
Potential marijuana tax revenue could be used to fund the programs promoting wealth equity and home ownership.
