RPD Arrested a Predicate Felon for a Holdup at a Rite Aid Pharmacy

Rochester police say they've arrested a predicate felon for a holdup on July 4th at the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Portland Avenue.

They say 50-year-old Francisco Jimenez walked into the store, threatened that he had a gun, and stole drugs.

He was identified by the RPD's Major Crimes Unit and the FBI Rochester Area Major Crimes Task Force, and arrested after a raid at his residence.

He is also facing charges from earlier crimes. Police say Jimenez has multiple robbery convictions, most recently in 2019.
