The Ontario County Sheriff's Department says eight pedestrians were injured in an accident on Monday. Police say the driver of the vehicle, Patrick Babb, was traveling south on State Route 14 when he went to make a left turn on Glass Factory Bay. Investigators say he struck another vehicle after failing yield the right of way. Police say both vehicles struck eight pedestrians standing on the corner of Glass Factory Bay and State Route 14. All are expected to survive. Babb was cited for reckless driving and failing to yield a left hand turn.
