State Police say a long-term substitute teacher at the Dansville Central School District has been arrested on child porn charges.
29-year-old Derek Hagen of Mount Morris has been charged with two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child.
Troopers say their investigation began after they got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the Internet Crimes Against Children task force in Albany.
They searched Hagen’s home and found electronics belonging to him, which had images of child pornography and chats relating to child exploitation on them.
State Police say they contacted the Dansville School District, and they are assisting with this investigation, but at this time there is no indication that any students were involved.
Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.
