Rochester police were able to defuse a situation on Jefferson Avenue yesterday with the help of the Persons in Crisis Team.
Police say a person having a mental health episode at Jefferson and Dr. Samuel McCree way led them to block off the area and request the PIC Team, which was able to resolve the situation peacefully and get the person involved to the hospital for care.
