Mayor Warren Plans Not Guilty Plea to New Charges

Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren plans to plead not guilty to federal charges stemming from a months-long investigation into a local drug operation.

Mayor Warren and her estranged husband -- Timothy Granison -- were named in an indictment that was unsealed Friday.

The indictment shows Warren and Granison were charged with possession of a firearm and child endangerment.

The charges stem from a raid on the couple's city home in May.

Granison was among several people charged in the drug investigation, but Mayor Warren was not among those charged.
