Rochester Police Officer Pleas Not Guilty On Grand Larceny Charge

A Rochester Police officer has entered a not guilty plea to a charge he stole more than $1,000 in tools and supplies from the Home Depot store in Henrietta.

Thirteen-year police veteran Dave Pearson appeared yesterday in Henrietta Town Court.

He was arrested last month on a grand larceny charge.

Pearson has been off work because of an injury and will remain off-duty while the case is pending.
