The Monroe County Board of Elections has finished recounts in seven close primary elections.
There were no changes to the outcomes of those contests.
In the closest race, 24th District County Legislator Albert Blankley defeated Democratic primary challenger Rajesh Barnabas by nine votes.
In the Democratic primary for three seats on the County Court, Doug Randall finished third -- ending the hopes of outgoing Rochester school board president Van White.
