Rochester police say a man who was shot on the north side of the city isn't cooperating with police.
The shooting happened around 1:20 yesterday afternoon near Joseph Avenue and Berlin Street.
The 39-year-old was being treated yesterday at Strong hospital.
At least 193 people have been wounded or killed in shootings in the city this year. That's an average of more than one per day.
