Monroe County's COVID-19 case numbers are down, but the death toll has ticked upward.
The health department reports 6 more people have died between April 12th and June 17th.
That brings the death toll since the start of the pandemic to 1,332.
There were just 72 new cases over the past week, an average of just 10 per day.
The positivity rate stands at just half a percent.
Meanwhile, Steuben County reported another COVID-19 death today.
The latest victim is a 94-year-old woman who lived at Absolut Care Three Rivers in Painted Post.
The county's death toll now stands at 189.
