Rochester police have released the name of the woman shot to death in front of her children in the city's Corn Hill neighborhood.
Thirty-one-year-old Genuine Ridgeway was shot Friday afternoon in the front seat of her car.
Her children, ages 3 and 8, were in the back seat and weren't hurt.
The shooting happened outside an apartment complex on Garden Street, off Clarissa Street.
Police have made no arrests.
