The Rochester City School District is preparing for the summer with a new slate of free programs for students.
The District is partnering with City Hall, the Rochester Public Library, and Monroe County Library System to offer different opportunities for young people.
Recreation and Human Services Commissioner Daniele Lyman-Torres says the programs will be about learning AND fun.
