A Rochester mother is accused of inflicting deadly injuries to her three-month-old baby.
Thirty-eight-year-old Mabel Enid Rosado-Delgado will be arraigned this morning on a second-degree murder charge.
Police say she brought her daughter, Karen, to Rochester General on Sunday morning. The baby had severe trauma and could not be revived.
An autopsy Monday ruled the baby was killed with blunt force trauma.
Rosado-Delgado will be making her first court appearance on the morning of June 17th.
