Lawsuit Filed Against Hilton School District, Superintendent and Principal

The parent of an 11-year-old has filed a lawsuit against the Hilton school district, the superintendent and the principal who is accused of molesting boys at school.

The plaintiff's names are not disclosed, but the suit alleges Northwood Elementary principal Kirk Ashton abused the boy for nearly four years -- ending this February.

And the suit alleges Superintendent Casey Kosiorek failed to properly supervise Ashton.

Ashton was indicted recently on multiple counts of sexual abuse, sexual conduct against a child, and endangering a child.

He is on administrative leave and in jail.
