Christopher Wernlee Pleads Not Guilty in Murder Case

The Irondequoit man charged in the killing a Brighton businessman has pleaded not guilty.

Christopher Wernle was arraigned yesterday on charges of second-degree murder and tampering with physical evidence

Ted Boucher's body was found in Wernle's backyard on Helendale Road last month -- a day after Boucher was reported missing and his sports car was found a half-mile away.
