The University of Rochester Medical Center is participating in a new clinical trial looking at the effectiveness of mixing and matching a COVID vaccine from one manufacturer with a booster dose from another.
The study is being funded by The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
The study is looking for 50 local volunteers -- a group of people who have not yet been vaccinated and another group who have completed their initial vaccination within the last 12-20 weeks.
