Mayor Warren's Husband Faces Federal Charges

Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren’s husband, Timothy Granison, is now facing new federal charges related to a lengthy drug investigation that led to the search of Warren and Granison’s home last month.

According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of NY, a total of six men, including Granison, were charged by criminal complaint with conspiring to possess with intent to distribute, and distributing cocaine and crack cocaine.

Federal prosecutors believe the leader of the drug trafficking ring is a man named Jason Siplin, who investigators believed supplied bulk quantities of cocaine and crack cocaine to others, including Timothy Granison.

Authorities believe Granison, in turn, distributed to other drug traffickers including Dkeidron Dublin.

The Democrat and Chronicle is reporting that less than a week before Granison was arrested, he allegedly handed drugs off to Dublin while his daughter in the car with him.

Granison made an initial court appearance and was released on conditions.
