David Smith is the new Deputy Chief of Operations, and Debra Dwyer is the new Deputy Chief of Administration.
Smith has been with the RPD for 28 years and has been serving as commanding officer of the Central Section
Dwyer has more than 25 years of service with the Greece Police Department and was interim chief there for 14 months.
She's also been the Assistant Chief of Public Safety at Monroe Community College.
