Irondequoit police say Seth Larson has been located in West Virginia, and charged with last week's murder of Lisa Shuler.
Irondequoit Police Chief Alan Laird says Larson was identified after he called 911 and told authorities he was a person of interest, and was going to the hospital for a medical condition,
State police and Irondequoit investigators are in West Virginia questioning Larson, who now stands accused of second degree intentional murder, tampering with evidence and concealment of a human body. They still haven't released details of how Lisa Shuler was murdered, but have said her body was dismembered and part of it disposed of in Durand Lake, about a mile from the home she shared with Larsen.
Arrangements are being made to return Larsen to Rochester, and also his car, which police want to examine for evidence.
