A Monroe County grand jury has handed up a felony indictment in the beating death of Brighton businessman Ted Boucher.
Christopher Wernle of Irondequoit was arrested last week on a charge of second-degree murder.
Boucher was found dead on May 15th in the backyard at Wernle's home on Helendale Road. Boucher had been reported missing the previous day.
Police haven't said how the men knew each other.
