Phase two of the Rochester Main Street Streetscape project begins tomorrow.
Mayor Lovely Warren announced that the improvements to a stretch of East Main Street -- from the corners of South Avenue and St. Paul to Exchange and State Streets -- area scheduled to be complete by next summer.
The project includes new sidewalks, planters, LED street lighting, bicycle racks, benches, and play elements along the sidewalks.
